- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My husband raved about this St. Albans office but the Charleston SSA office is right next to my work so I called the Charleston office. After holding for 45 MINUTES, my husband called me to suggest that I call Erin in the St. Albans office. I hung up on Charleston SSA and called the St. Albans office and to my surprise the call was answered right away AND she handled my issue RIGHT THEN AND THERE ON THE PHONE!
